The NCCP is in the process of changing from its current structure with levels 1 to 5 and three
components (Theory, Technical, and Practical) to a new structure that is based on the specific context in which coaches generally
work in Canada. The new structure includes 3 coaching streams:
Community Sport * Initiation * Ongoing participation
Competition * Introduction * Development *High Performance
Instruction * Beginners * Intermediate * Advanced
On behalf of the Coaches Association of Saskatchewan, Zone Sports Councils across the province, offer Introduction
To Competition Coaching courses.
- Each zone is responsible to deliver the clinics in communities within their geographic boundaries.
- Clinics are scheduled in various locations and are held when 8 - 20 individuals pre-register.
- Communities interested in hosting or individuals interested in participating in either an "Introduction to Competition" Part
A or B clinic, are encouraged to contact Stephanie at the Zone 5 Sports Council office.
